Jack Thomas Garlick.
Passed away, 12/01/08, At the Kinder hospital in Osnabruck, Germany, Two days before his 2nd
birthday.
Jack was a twin to his sister Sophie.
He died suddenly from waterhouse-Friderichsen syndrome brought on by meningicoccal septicemia.
We got Jack to the hospital at 8pm, he was gone by 3.42am.His little body just couldn't take
anymore. The day before he'd been fine!
Jack was a loving little boy, Who loved to be cuddled, & had plenty of kisses for everyone. He was
the happiest when he was eating, & loved to sleep. Another of Jack's favourite things was dancing &
singing, He loved doing the Hokey Cokey. Although he never really knew the words to the songs he
knew the tune and had a lovely voice.
Jack would have broken many girls hearts, with his charm and good looks, but instead he left his
family and friends heartbroken with his tragic death.
Still waiting for my little man to walk through the door, which i know is never going to happen.

well were do i start.........you was such a gawjus child so happy,cute,loveable,energetic.....you name it.i mean it use2take me about an hour just2get a kiss off you!!when i found out you had gone it was a shock2my system,i took it really bad,but mum made me realise you had gone in peace,pain free and a happy child.1of my good memories of you was....wen you was6months old mum and i had u and sophie over nite and i chose2look after you bcoz u was the easiest2handle!!you woke me up at daft o clock in the morning so i put u in bed with me closed my eyes again then woke up with u staring at me which ment you was watching me sleep!!my last memory of you was wen i babysat you!!you was so good4me as always and you did nothing but eat bcoz u loved ur food!!wen i watched you do the hokey cokey my heart went out2u i was so proud!!by the end of that nite you couldnt stop kissing me4 1ce and u was makin me laff everytime you said spidey!! well your in peace now my little angel,your always in everyone's thoughts and your always missed.i love you with all my heart.your godsister skev.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I know your pain as we too lost a little girl to meningitus and septacemia aged 2. I pray that your little boy can come to you in your dreams and that you hold onto the beautiful memories you have of the happy times you had together. Jack will forever be in your heart and will walk beside you every day of your life. He will be the sunshine on your face, and the whispering in the wind. many people will wait a life time to see an angel but you had one in your arms and will have him in your life forever.

I feel so honored to be Godparent to Jack, and I will cherish every moment I had the privilege to be with him.He was a little ray of sunshine that shone his love and laughter on so many people. He will always hold a special place in our hearts forever, of treasured memories and affection. His loss has brought great pain but we can feel comfort in knowing that his life was a happy one,made so by his devoted mummy & daddy, Tom & Claire, and twin sister Sophie. Always lovingly remembered.
We feel honored to have known Jack, he was a beautiful little boy, playing with our son Ethan and his sister Sophie, he gave us so many memories and smiles making us all laugh all the time. We have our memories that will stay with us in our hearts and in our minds forever. Love to you all Jack, Sophie, Claire and Tom xxx
